I had a crash on a 60" 6s airplane from a high G battery ejection. I was able to rebuild the plane. I did a ground check and everything looked perfect. As soon as the plane left the ground it was not controllable and crashed. My question is can I send this receiver in for testing and will it be a more extensive test then what I did (ground check). Plus, will it work as good as new after check, or should I play it safe and buy a new one for $139.00?

I'd send it in for an inspection. It doesn't cost much compared to a crash or buying a new rx without having it inspected. I would never reuse an electronic component after a crash without it being inspected by the appropriate service facility.
