Does anybody have any information as to how I could make or obtain and old style push button Tx and Rx (i.e. two push for left. and one single push for right etc) so I can use it for a Vintage Model im about to build, really appreciate any help as ive looked high and low with no such luck!!

Not sure "how" much you want to build? You may find enough here to build your setup from scratch. Has a bunch of diagrams, instructions on how to build the pieces and parts.

They show up on Ebay on a regular basis. Search for Citizenship, Orbit, Cannon, F&M, Bonner Babcock and others. Dan.

Contact Jay Mendoza, he repairs, restores and modifys old radios. He modified an old Controlair Mule pushbutton radio to 2.4 ghz for me. Loads of fun! Confuses the heck out of everyone at the field!

Jay goes by jaymen on this website and the other well known “group”. Look around in the vintage area. If you can’t find him, drop me a pm.

Since you're in the UK, you should certainly contact Phil Green. His website is http://www.singlechannel.co.uk/
