Default Bind Hitec A9X to FrSky Delta 8

As stated, I have a Hitec A9X and have just received a FrSky Delta 8 receiver. I have been unable to bind the two together. Assuming I know absolutely nothing about these items, can someone out there give me step by step instructions for binding the two? I think the instructions that came with the receiver refer to the Hitec A9, not the A9X. The A9X does not even have the features referred to in the instructions (blue light and bind button on back of transmitter).

It might help if you read the Aurora 9X manual.

You're absolutely right. Reading the manual would probably tell me exactly how to bind a Hitec receiver to the A9, but it may or may not help in binding a FrSky receiver to it. However, the point is moot since we have recently moved and I haven't found the manual yet. I was hoping for some help from this forum.
