No. 8J and 10J transmitters are S-FHSS/T-FHSS only with the 10J capable of using both protocols. 8J uses S-FHSS only.
Currently New Futaba FASST transmitters are in the 14SG ($649.00) and up models. However depending on your budget you can go new or shop around for a good used 8FG or 12FG FASST transmitter. The 10CAG is a good model too although I'm not sure if Futaba still services that one as it has been around longer.
