I’m building a foam plane and bought a Corona R6sf receiver that says it’s compatible with the T6j. It paired just fine and but I only go 40 ft away or so and it loses signal. Does anyone have experience with these?

Do you have both the antennas at about 90 degrees from each other and in different orientation within the planes Fuselage. I use drink stir straws glued in the lateral and athwartships positions in mine using that receiver and get plenty of range. Or you may have it too close to an ESC or other possible interference source. Hope this helps, sorry no one responded in a timely manner
