Default I can't get no radio reception

Just started getting back into the hobby. Stopped about 5 years ago because of work and other interests.
I have 4 airplanes and 6 helicopters. Fired up two of the Heli's with no problem but the airplanes are giving me problems.
All the planes exhibit the start up sounds and you can hear the ESC come on but I get nada from the transmitter.
Have tried re-binding several time for each model to no avail, can't believe all 3 airplanes have receivers that have gone bad.
Any ideas?
I'm using a Spektrum DX8 along with their AR6210 receivers.

What does the tx channel monitor screen show when the sticks are moved. Is there any output signals?

Unhappy

Thanks for the reply's
Transmitter is functioning properly according to the TX channel but I get nothing from the 3 aircraft. Once again helicopters work fine with this transmitter.

Servos plugged in with correct polarity?
Is this the same equipment you had when you stepped out of the hobby for awhile or new?

Light on on the rx? Solid or flashing? Transmitter is common to all 3 so I would set up a new model in tx and give it a try.

Light on the RX flashes when the battery is plugged in but nothing after that.

Reset one of the Airplane models, created a new model, bound the model and everything now works fine. Can't understand why a model would have a shelf life in your transmitter.
Got me some satisfaction.
Thanks for the tip.

When the receiver is in bind mode you get the fast flashing light.
