dx8e with aura 8 using pwm set up help ,PLEASE
Looking for any one else with a flex qq extra 300 g2 pwm set up on a regular 6 channel receiver . Looking to set up a switch to control how much servo travel aura 8 is putting out . Like to do three way sw. if possible basically off to 1/2 to 125 % . Heres what i have tried so far .
Any help appreciated .Was able to get a flex qq extra 300 g2 and getting it set up .I have a spektrum dx8e with ar620 going with pwm connections .I hope I'm not losing to much resolution this way .I was told a flex it would be about 10 ..15% loss.? maybe get a better receiver "data" port later .
I'm having trouble setting it up on a three way switch . My goal was to use G switch as a 0 or off on aura ,,position 0 , starting flights at 40 to 50 % throw on position 1 ,then 125% on position 2 . All I can seem to get is all or nothing .Monitor shows mode 1 and have shows pos. 0 as o and pos.1 as 50 and 2 at 125% .. But does not transfer to plane .? just the 125 I guess that seem to be what all control surfaces are doing . No change when moving switch .
First I should ask if the is doable ? I am fairly sure it its , but kind of new to this radio programing and aura is all new to me .
Radio set up. normal 2 servo wing acro and tail . On servo travel screen seems goofy ,will let you change one of the settings and not the other ? . I changed it in digital switch set up on aux 2 for G sw. the 0,50,125% for position 0,1,2 ..
To back up here there was a u tuber who showed in the old dx8 to inhibit gear and assign to aux 2 that on my system is channel 7 that I dont have on reciever ? But it wont let me put it on aux 1 ? .. So any help appreciated .Thanks Ron . any questions will try to get back asap ..
I again tried to assign g sw. to aux 1 . and it shows up on servo monitor channel 6 . as I had in aux to showing it moves what i wanted in pos.0,1,2 . Still no changes in plane just full deflection ... Can I mix aux two to one to get it to work from channel 6 that i have on the ar620 receiver ?
