Tx Module Question
There is probably a general answer to this, but my specific question is this; I have a JR 10SX and 10X. Are the module and receiver, safe to use and interchangeable with the other? In other words, is the module tuned to the receiver, or is the module tuned to the transmitter which is in turn tuned to the receiver

Tx Module Question
The TX modules are tuned to the crystal installed as are the RX's in most cases. Some not all JR equipment TX and RX are capable of crystal change-outs with regard for tuning.
TX Module change-out is not a problem TX to TX, at least with the two you mention.
RX use with either TX is not a problem providing you pay attention to the type of modulation the RX requires which is selectable wit each TX.

Theoretically
Let's say the technician guru has to adjust or align something inside the transmitter. Does the module, transmitter and receiver still stay tuned, and can it still be changed between compatible transmitters?
