Which are the differences bettween aero mode 2 and heli mode 2?

Usually the Heli has a smooth throttle and the aero does not.
Also a couple of the switches are swapped

I'm guessing you meant programming within the TX, rather htan differences in the physical txs when shipped as acro or heli.

In basic heli programming, throttle and pitch are linked on the throttle stick, at minimum. Channels are named and functions are described using the normal terminology for helicopters -- such as pitch, governor, gyro, etc.

Beyond that, it will vary by transmitter model as to what functions are in place for heli programming.
