Default JR 8103 Timer?

ON the 8103 can the timer be started by the throttle stick? This is a feature I like with the electric models.

Hi,
As far as I know, the timer can only be started from the trainer switch, to either count down from a set time, or start a stopwatch.

If one wanted to start and stop the timer while in the trainer mode all you need to do is hit the <ch or the ch> buttons. Once to start and again to stop.
