I flew my Futaba 8U Super for four years before getting my 9Z WCII. As I moved into ever more complex planes I wanted the features that the 9Z offered. The two most important were flight conditions and frequency synth. The 9C is supposed to get a synth module this year so that point is less interesting now. Only you can decide if the extra cost is worth it to you...

What kind of flying do you do and where do you think you'll be in a few years?
