Default twin throttle servo question

Have a Futaba 9c radio and trying to figure out how to set up with dual servos on the throttles of a twin engine plane. Can't find anything in the manual that I can get a handle on. I'm also going to try to slave the steering servo to the rudder servo with ailerons on seperate channels. Am using a rcd seven channel rx. Any help with the procedures would sure be appreciated.

Why not use a Y-harness for the 2 throttle servos and make sure the linkages are the same length?

Why not put the two on a Y harness?

just mix aux1 (chan 7) to the throttle. make sure to select link and trim options. what you can also do at this point is mix your vr-d to your left throttle and vr-e to the right, giving you a certain percentage of individual control also.
