Default Elevon Gyro

I'm trying to use a simple wing type single input/output gyro on my delta (elevon) I have a Futaba 9C...I would use an onboard mixer if I have to....Does anyone know how to do this ?????

Thanks,

xanaphyst

Default RE: Elevon Gyro

I don't know for certain, but I think you may have a problem there. It seems to me that a gyroscope is only able to sense change in one axis. Because you're using elevons, those surfaces are controlling movement in two axes (pitch, roll). I'm guessing you may have to resort to two gyros with perhaps some sort of onboard mixing device... but like I said, it's only a guess!
