PCM?
Hi guys
my name is Alex and I'm italian, so first of all sorry for my english.
I have a doubt about pcm, when you got an interference and your receiver goes in fail safe mode, and the interference is only ,for example, 2 seconds long, how long does it take until you regain control of the plane?
thank you a lot

RE: PCM?
Once the recieiver gets a valid / good signal, it will take two transmit cycles to come out of failsafe. In realtime that would be about 0.05 seconds. the it will work normally.

RE: PCM?
Over the years I have had three failsafe experiences that dropped the throttle and each saved airplanes. About 300 feet of travel was experienced the first time the throttle dropped. It took a moment for the sound to reach me and then for me to react with throttle down and back up. The events happened months apart and on the second two the airplane traveled about 200 feet. It is likely that the airplane was in failsafe for less than five feet of travel.
I can’t tell the difference between a glitch and turbulence. But when the throttle changed it was time to hurry up and land.
