Is there a way to program one of the extra channels (retract switch or air brake switch) to make both flaps go down and both ailerons go up at the same time when you flip the switch on ?

Thanks
Jim

no, you would need the 8u or the 9c at the least for that and it is called crow.

You can get part of that functionality using the airbrake programming, but only part.

Default Crow like features

On my 6XAS I have to use two switches but I can get my US40 to CROW. I have channel 5 setup for the flaps (go down but is a fixed distance, not variable like channel 6) and the airbrake to raise the ailerons. It can be done but not with one switch.

If you do it that way just be careful to flip the two switches at the same time or it could be interesting.
