Default will futaba and sanwa work?

hi i have read about the +ve and negative shifts.....just to conform here.....if i get a sanwa/airtronics receiver with the same frequency as my Futaba 9Cap transmitter will it work......thanks alot.

Nope. Not unless your 9Cap provides positive shift selection.

All the Airtronics I know of are positive shift. All the Futaba I know of are negative shift.

I suspect the compatability would depend upon where you obtained your 9C. Not positive now but it is my belief that while of course in the North American market Futaba products are all negative shift however in much of the rest of the world market my understanding is Futaba changes to a positive shift.

You might contact who is the distributor for you part of the world.

If you have bought a North American 72Mhz set then they will not be compatible. If they use any of the other frequencies that the rest of the world uses they will be compatible.

mine is a north american radio...well i guess it wont work...thanks anywayz
