Default Ham bands

Hello,

Is it possible to interchange receivers between manufacturers, such as 53.400 Futaba rx with 53.400 JR tx.

It seems I have read somewhere that the ham bands were all manufactured on the same shift therefore all were compatible.

Please correct as needed.

Thank you, John

I am 99% certain that the answer is no.

I fly Futaba and a friend of mine flys JR. We both fly on CH02 50mhz and our systems are incompatible with eachother.

That 1% uncertainty is for the 53mhz possibility.
