I don't mean to blow you off but it is all there in the book. If you don't have it in hand it is available online. If you are having trouble understanding it let us know.

RE: 1 radio 2 reciever programming
the same way you programed the radio on initial set up for servo reversing and duel rate and mixing and so on
turn on radio
enter the program mode
both mode keys at the same time.
Looks like on yours ATV's come up first.
Hit MODE up or down until MODL come up.
hit + or - to cyle through model numbers
hit + - keys together to select it
can then hit the MODE up or doen to set the other functions
If you keep pressing mode you'll go through a slew of features for mixing, servo reversing, ATVS variouse duel rates and so on. Set it to another model number and play with the setting. Best way to leern how to use your radio.
ATV is great for setting the maximum end points on your motor. Can be used on any channel but control surfaces are best limited mechanically and cut down with duel rates.
the free mix is great for twin engine or duel elevator servo or dual flap servos
here is the manual
