Can it be converted to ratchet throttle ?

with the proper throttle springs. Usually in an airplane radio you can switch a ratcheting throttle over to a ratchetless by flipping the spring over on the throttle mechicnisim. This spring usually has a notch on it to catch the grooves on the throttle mechenism so you get the click click click. But for a heli radio they usually have a spring that is smooth without the notch on it whice gives you a very smooth non clicking ratchet.
