I borrowed my friend's datasafe so I could back up all of my planes on my computer. Problem, when I go to use it it says unknow Tx model, I fly with an 8103 (new one), I also got the same message at his house as well. I was over at his house and saw him using it, he flies with a 10x and it worked everytime without a problem. Anyone know what may be causing this or how to fix it?

You have to download the new software fro your 8103 Dt. The Data safe origially shipped with software for the old 8103 Radio(different setup) Horizon will mail it or you can download it dfrom thier site last itme i looked.
Your friends Data safe must be early one?
