S9001 vs S9202 and Futaba specs
I am confused about the specs for these servos. Futaba's website says one thing and Tower says another concerning the torque specs.
The Futaba charts rate the S9202 @ 69.5 and the S9001 @ 54.2.
Tower says the S9202 is 55.5 @ 4.8v and 69.4 @ 6.0v, the S9001 is 54.1 @ 4.8v and 72.2 @ 6.v.
The S9202 is $10 more then the S9001, yet doesn't produce more torque at 6v. Why is this?
The Futaba chart is very misleading. I always believed my S9202 were cranking out 69+ oz/in @ 4.8v.

S9001 vs S9202 and Futaba specs
Without a doubt I'd trust the Futaba chart because it is their chart and their servo. If they show the 9001 at 4.8v rating then one would think the rating they have for the 9202 is at 4.8v also. In other words I believe the rating of 69oz on the 9202 is at 4.8v. I had some 9202's and they are great servos... Also Futaba really doesn't push the 6v ratings like Hitec and the others, they tend to rate everything at 4.8v and leave the 6v rating out.
