Default 9c Throttle

Is there an easy way to convert my 9C standard ratchet thottle to a smooth throttle. I was told removing the metal tab woudl allow too much play in the throttle.

Just undo the phillips screw holding the metal tab. Turn it upside down and reinstall. That will give you smooth operation and enough drag for it to stay put.

You can also slip a small piece of fuel tubing over it.
