Default simple reciever and transmitter compatibility question

i have a jr x347 tx and a futaba fp-r127-df reciever. should they work if they have the same crystal frequency and the tx is set to fm or is there something proprietary to each manufacturer's equipment besides the frequency?

Jr has a negative shift select and Futaba is a positive shift select on the frequency. They will not work together. It could be the other way around, but they still will not work together.

this is killing me. i have been hunting for a zpcm reciever but can't find one. i have fut. tx's to use the 127 reciever but they are only 4 channel so i can't use them either. i have lots of mismatched stuff around and really wanted to get it finished and set up by tomorrow cause i'm going on vacation sunday. oh well guess it'll have to wait till i come back.

The jr 347 will work with the current 700 jr receiver. For pcm you will need a special z pcm receiver , they are nolonger available new.
If you have 4 channel futaba transmitters they will work with the 127 Receiver --you will be able to use the first four channels on the Receiver.

Will my Airtronics
RDS8000 2.4GHz FHSS Transmitter work with the new Parkzone BNL Mustang along with the servos that come with it? I figure if the plugs are compatible with my receiver, it should work right?  THX...

Not if you want to use the PZ reciever. Major brand 2.4 are not cross-compatable. However, you can use the PZ servos with the Airtronics reciever without any problems.
