Default Cheapest radio where tx module replaceabe

What radio is the cheapest where the transmitter module can be replaced ?
I need this feature since I need to be able to operate my system in both usa (72 MHz) and Denmark (35 MHz)
Right now I am looking at the Futaba 8UAFS 8-Channel radio or the Hitec Eclipse 7-Channel radio. The Hitec is a little cheaper than the Futaba.
Are these the cheapest modular radios and is there a big difference between the two in what you get ?

The Hitec Prism 7X would also be another "used" choice.

Mike.
