Default Buddy Box Mode1 and Mode 2?

I have a Futaba 9ZAP (Mode 2)and my friend also has a Futaba 9ZAP (Mode 1). We want to use my TX as the master and his as the slave. Can this be done?. Does it make any difference if one TX is Mode 1 and the other is Mode 2?.

Regards

Hi,

Stick mode is not of any importance, as long as both TX are correctly programmed for stick-mode (yours in mode 2 and your friend's in mode 1).
