Default ServoCity is Cool!

I am thrilled to tell this wonderful story!

Thursday, Dec 12, I called Servocity to order
a special christmas gift to me! The 9CHP.

I called Tom at 4:35Pm Local time.

I was told to expect UPS Ground to deliver it
by Tuesday.

I came home from work Friday, Dec 13, and to
my utter amazement, the Radio was on my
front porch - delivered in 22 hours!

Omaha Nebraska, from Winfield Kansas!

Dudes, that is a RECORD!!!!!!!

Thankyou Tom, and Servocity, and UPS!

Took her to the field this afternoon!

I hope that is the case! I ordered my T9 CAP yesterday from them. If this goes smooth, I see a bunch of stuff I'd like to buy from them!

Default Ditto..

I placed a pretty good sized online order on a Friday evening (after normal business hours) and it got here the next Monday. That was a record for me.

Default I agree

Got to agree on ServoCity being great.

I ordered some oddball replacement servo arms from them and they arrived two days later. Not only that, but they didn't ream me on postage. Everybody else that had them wanted $5-10 to ship me two servo arm kits that were $3.95 each...

Default ServoCity is Cool!

I ordered some stuff on Monday the week of Newyears, I had the product on Thursday. Wednesday was a holiday. And they sent it regular mail.

They are great people.

I ordered some hitec 945MG from them. And for some reason they didn't work. I called the ServoCity, they said they would send me 2 new servos, w/ a lable for return shipping, w/ postage paid.

They didn't want me to send my bad servos back untill, I got the replacements. Tom told me that way, I don't have to pay for shipping, and I can get my servos, in half the time, instead of waiting for my bad servos to get there, process them, and then send me out 2 new servos.

I told some if he had some www.servocity.com stickers I would gladly put them on my airpanes. He said he didn't have any, but he would look into it.

I ended up ordering a hitec reciever to put in my pizzabox.

Way to Go: www.servocity.com
