Transmitter controlled RX switch
Does anybody make a switch that can be TX controlled? What I'm looking for is a way to control my NAV lights from a spare channel. Right now it is hard wired with a manual switch on the plane. Turn on, go fly, turn off. I'm thinking a switch I can wire into my exisitng setup with the NAV light's battery pack. I.e. wiring in my battery pack to leads to the switch.
I have no room for a servo and micro switch.

RE: Transmitter controlled RX switch
I know this is an old thread, but what about a 3-position switch that can be cycled through via a toggle aux channel? I only have a on/off 2-position channel left (restricted by the switch type on the radio) and need to control a servo in one direction, the opposite direction, and power it on/off.

If you into electronics you can build this simple circuit. It can be found at: http://www.uoguelph.ca/~antoon/gadgets/rc-sw3.html
