RE: futaba questions
celeca racer,
Read the manual page 12 for the procedure to set the trims to neutral. Observer the illustrations of the LCD display. The steering has a range of L25-0-R25 (L=Left, 0=Neutral, R=Right) and the throttle has a range of B25-0-F25 (B=Back, 0=Neutral, F=Forward). Just make sure both are displaying 0 (zero). Usually, when the transmitter is new, the trims will be at neutral, unless someone has adjusted them (as in a hobby shop while looking at the transmitter before buying it). You could also just reset the transmitter as described on page 13 of the manual. There are other things to look for during the setup procedure. An example would be that the steering or throttle are not backwards. If so, check out page 13 for the reversing procedure. You could also see if someone at a local hobby shop or RC club could help you.
Good Luck,
George
