Default 9C Module Question - 3 hours left on

Hello,
I accidentally left my transmitter on for a couple of hours with the antenna down. Should I be worried about the module?
I have read running it too much with the antenna down can burn up the transmitter. It seems to work fine, but is there anything else I should check?

Also, when using my transmitter for simulator flying - can I just remove the module to not worry about having the antenna up or down?

I always take the module out of my radio before using a simulator it does you no good to leave it in so I don't know if it puts any wear and tear on it but I spend a-lot of time on the sim. so I always just leave it out . Happy Flying [8D]

We've all left our Tx on overnight by mistake. It can damage it but usually doesn't. If it works fine I'm sure your OK.

Do a range check and if normal, don't worry about it.

Thank you for the necro-post. Things have been fine for the last 5 months since the incident.

Do a range test.
If it is OK, then the module is OK
