Default JR glitches aileron servos

I have a midget mustang and on the first flight I had a glitch that rolled the plane during landing. I checked everything, and then changed the battery and reciever. The same thing happened. I have a JR 662/w700tx and 537 servos. I used a Y conector with amplifier. The right servo gears stripped. Now I will change the servo. eliminate the Y and try again. Anyone else have any thoughts or wisdom about this and did anyone find the cure? The same radio works fine in another plane. Should I just pitch it in the lake? The plane did not stall during landing.

Default Glitch or Stall.

PJM, before you go crazy looking for a glitch, try a little higher landing speed. A possibilty is that you're trying to slow the plane down to much before touchdown, resulting in a stall/snap rather than experiencing radio problems.

Excellent reply.

Been there done that. I wonder how many of us stall a plane on the first test flight. I know I do. Better to find out what happens up high rather than be caught short too low to correct.

The first test flight should be just that. A test flight.
