JR precision servo
I want to know and need answer from some professional guy that, why JR precision servos always have a slight click click sound coming from inside the servos as the motor is constantly running. Is this normal or something wrong?

JR precision servo
Not sure if i qualify as a profesional guy,(so take this with a grain of salt) but i have heard that having precision series servos is like having a bunch of angry bees in your wing. Some of my standard JR servos do that from time to time. A little annoying, but they get the job done.
I suspect that how they get that behavior and the precision that goes with it is having a very high gain on the error feedback within the servo, Not something you can easily adjust to taste. I don't like the noise either, and i am just poking holes in the sky anyway, so i chose to use Hitech 645's instead. nice and quiet, and a good bit cheaper. you can actualy see the difference in smoothness of motion (the Hitech is a little grainy) but again, at my level of flying....
Hope that helps,
Shmo
