Default Digital servos

Hi there !!!

I have a question about the use of digital servos.

Digital servos can or cannot be used with 6v batteries as power supply?

I have Futaba 3151 servos in the ailerons of my F3A plane (Bravado - designed by www.acrobatico.com.br) and 3152 in the rubber. I think it is slow and would like to correct this without changing servos.

I already had this question made for the brazilian Futaba supply parts but haven´t response. In fact brazilian Futaba supply part have the monopoly of the market and they have more important things to do.

Thank you for some help...

Marcelo.

Depends on the servo....

but...according to the Futaba site:
http://www.futaba-rc.com/servos/digitalservos.html

Both of those servos are rated to 6v... so you should be fine

Exeter,

Thank you for your help. I already knew this Futaba´s web page that you posted.

And in the label of original factory boxes that servos came into doesn´t have any indication about using 6v only 4.8v.........my fear of using 6v in the 3151 and 3152 servos came just because of that (difference of information in the futaba web page and the label in box).

Thank you again,
Marcelo.
