Default Reducing size of servo arm holes

Does anyone have a trick to reduce the size of the small holes in JR servo arms?

Taper both sides of the hole slightly and fill with JB weld material and drill to the smaller size. Then wick with thin CA and re drill to clean up the hole. Works for my smaller stuff.

I drill a new hole between the other holes.

Why not just replace the arm.
They are not that expensive and could be considered part of your model's maintenance

Thanks Everyone,

I bought some JB Weld today and will give that a shot.

I can't drill another hole because there isn't room to keep it in alignment.

I can't buy another arm with smaller holes These are JR, and I have a ton of Jr arms and they are all larger than the e-flite S75 arm's holes that I am replacing. But thanks, that was my first thought too.

You used to be able to buy arms with no holes, so you could drill your own. Haven't seen them for a while though. Ask Danny on the JR forum.

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to bring this thread up again in case anyone else tried to use the JR servos on the BCP/P. I found some servo arms made by DuBro that fit the JR S22 servos and are thin enough and have small enough holes to use the stock servo links. The part number is 931. My LHS had them, I found them on several websites as well. They are about $6 for 6 arms.
