Default Matchboxes/Synchronizer

I have a Futaba 9C with a PCM Rx. I plan to use JR Z590M servos on the wings of a Great Planes Ultiamte and I want to use a MatchBox/Synchronizer. Should I use the Futaba Synchronizer or a JR MatchBox?

Cheers

As far as I know, either one should work.

I've not tried the JR matchbox with my Futaba stuff, just the Futaba matchboxes. There was a post over on the JR support forum about whether or not other brand servos would work with the JR matchbox (or something close to that question) and Danny said it should work, but added that they don't test their stuff with other brands/manufacturers. I'm sure Bax will tell you that Futaba doesn't test with other brands either...

Since JR servos work fine with my Futaba rx, barring other answers here to the contrary, I think I'd just go ahead and buy the Futaba's if you don't already have one or the other.

I would use Futaba.

My friend ran into issues when he tried to use a jr matchbox with his 7c. He called Horizon and they told him it was not guaranteed to work on Futaba...

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all the help. I will look into the smart fly stuff as well.
