AR7000 Receiver lose antenna wire.
Any thing to be alarmed about? I pulled my receiver out today. Haven’t even flown it and notice that one of the wire jackets isn’t secured inside the receiver casing. But the wires all look like there soldered into the chip, and none are disconnected. Is this common?
Am I clear to fly?

RE: AR7000 Receiver lose antenna wire.
Yes. The non-acetic-acid RTV sealant is the trick (or Shoe Goo).
I recently sent back a AR7000 to have the small receiver's antenna "replaced".... they replaced the RX...and the wires' insulation is CLEARLY further inside the case edges on the new one. I think they must have learned something about those exposed wires....maybe.

G'day Mate,
Yeah, it's common, I use some neutral cure silicone sealant, at the RX case, on both RX's.
