Default 9CAP TX LCD problem

I have 9C Tx, sometimes when I turned off the Tx, the LCD seems still on and became half blank and half black. I have to turn on and turn off again, then it shut down, why?
Anyone has same experience?

Mine will sometimes show lines when I shut it down. Does your display eventually go away? I'm talking less than five seconds here.

I sometimes get the black lines and garbage on the screen when I shut the transmittler off also. The screen usually clears in a second or two..

There's one time it lasted at least 30 mins until I turned on and off again.

Mine has twice showed black lines when I turned it off. This was instantly fixed by turning it back on and off again.
