6.0v with Futaba 350 gyro?

Default 6.0v with Futaba 350 gyro?

does anyone know if you can use 6v with the futaba 350 airplane gyro?

Default 6.0v with Futaba 350 gyro?

From what I understand, Gyros are for 4.8 volt systems.
They were not made for Alkaline battery packs (6v systems)

Default 6.0v with Futaba 350 gyro?

I talked to the futaba people, and they say 6v is fine as long as it is regulated at 6v, not any higher. The hobbico piezo airplane gyro is made just for planes, and is good up to 8v, so probably going that route, its only $99 and will suit my needs.
