Default 2.4 Spectrum with composite models? Will it work ?

Hi guys im sure this has been gone over a few times before...

Im looking at the possability of upgrading my 9X for a 2.4 version, Ive read all the pros about them and im convinced. However i fly mostly composite models and would like some information on there usage in these.

I currently have dual rx setups with the antenas quickly exiting the airfram and whip antena. With the 2.4 the antenas are so small there is zero chance of getting them out of the fuz. Is it neccessary? has there been sny testing done on composit with 2.4G?

Thankyou

I have been watching all the trheads on 2.4.

If the fuse is carbon, the range can be dramatically reduced. There are a number of people who are working on ways to to overcome this.

Kevlar and fiberglass seem to be fairly transparent to the signal.
