6 or 7 Channel Radio?

Hi Friends.... looking to get back into hobby and get a new radio.... But what would be a good choice for less than $500? I plan to fly both electric and gas.... Thanks for any help.

A JR 6102 or 7202 radio would fit the bill nicely. Many features and programable mix's.

If a seven channel radio will suffice for your needs/desires, it's pretty tough to find a radio that will beat the Spektrum DX-7 setup's features and it's 2.4 GHz band to boot...[8D]
