hi all,

i have a GWS Piezo gyro & looking for a rudder servo to match to 1.20 size aerobatic plane

i don't want to spend more than i have to, but need around 70ish lb torque and speed as required.

would hs 645mg be a good choice?seems strong but a little slow

or a little faster 625mg ? any other?


also how do i setup the gyro (gain, etc.)

this will be my first gyro, so i am looking for any basic info for the setup& use

Any servo thats appropriate to use on a rudder on that size plane will work with the gyro.

Start with a very low gain and work your way up to where it does what you want too. Too high of a gain and your rudder will oscilate at high speeds.
