Hitec programmer RC Mall Ebay

I'm looking to get a Hitec Digital Servo Programmer and RC Mall on Ebay has them at a pretty good price, but since they're in Hong Kong I'm a little leary of dealing with them. Anybody have any experience with RC Mall?
