Antenna inside CF reinforced fuselage. OK?
Hello
I'm finishing a sailplane that has a fiberglass fuselage reinforced with 1/4 inch carbon fiber ribbons along the sides of the fuse.
Is it safe to run the antenna inside the fuse?
Since this is a V-Tail glider, I would like to avoid having an external antenna run to the v-tail.
It will be using a JR R700 receiver, if it matters.
Thanks for any advise.

antenna
I think if I were you I would like to test this.
Take the airpane out and run a range test. Once with the antenna out of the fuse. and once with it inside and see if you have a range reduction with the antenna inside.
Do this off the tail and off the wing.
Then you will know if it causes any problems.
