Default JR 3v battery repair/replacement

Does anyone out there know the correct procedure to change out the 3v lithium program battery to new condition to keep the the whole transmitter from becoming useless? I have several that need changed out and sending them in senseless. I would appreciate knowing. I bet it can be done in 10 minutes per tx.
Thanks in advance.

I let the experts do this. For $50 including shipping back to me, I had 2 new memory batteries installed in 2 of my Jr Transmitters, had both receivers checked out and field ready. I though this was a very reasonable price for all they work they did.
