Default 4721 to 2721 conversion?

Once I read somewhere that I can convert the 4721 ( nylon gear to 2721 metal gear ).

I just have to buy the 2721 gear set or there a special kit conversion and where can I get it.

If I buy the 2721 metal gears set do they come with the screw?

Thanks.

Default 4721 to 2721 conversion?

Overview (taken from Horizon Hobby,Inc.)

The 2721 features the same powerful coreless motor and proven reliable amplifier as the 4721, but with a significantly strengthened gear train. The gear train is also narrower, allowing for a shorter top case, making the overall height of the 2721 3/16" shorter than the 4721.
