release date for the JR10X
Does anyone know when the JR10x was released?
I've searched but couldn't find the information.
Is JR due for a new release of the 10X?

I believe there have been several releases of JR's top of the line transmitter (ie. 10sx, 10sxII and 10x). I was wondering when the latest version (the 10X, I think) was released?
What's "a good while"?
I've heard about the 9x and I'm interested. Any idea when is it supposed to be released?
thx

Well I might as well weigh in with my .02 carefully gleaned from rumors, other opinions and speculation from "insiders". The 9 has been released across the pond but my understanding is the programming did not satisfy the power at Horizon and changes were requested. If this is true, then hats off to them for not rushing a POS to market. Estimated release here was toward the end of the year which isn't all that far away. I've heard a replacement for the 10X might be 2 years away. This will probably depend somewhat on what whiz bang thing Futaba comes out with. In my opinion, 96% of us could buy a 10X and be satisfied for years. I doubt very many of us use the total capabilities of any of the top line radios today so just go buy the darn thing, enjoy it and quit worrying about possible future features you don't need anyway.
