DO THESE JR R921 DATA LOGGER NUMBERS SEEM OK??????????
Just did an advanced range check per the JR X9303 manual, http://www.horizonhobby.com/ProdInfo...Res_Manual.pdf, page G-22. Receiver is an R921 with 12" extension to the satellite receiver.
First check per step 5 holding the model in various postions: A-23 B-9 L-3 R----(only one satellite receiver) F-26 H-0
Next the model was rotated horizontally(rotating on the main gear in circles sitting on a wooden table) A-3 B-0 L-1 R---- F-15 H-0
Next the model was rotated on its spinner atop the wooden table A-8 B-1 L-0 R---- F-22 H-0
This is with a 60 size plane with a tuned pipe running above the servo/radio bay and the receivers in close proximity to the servos and control cables/wires. These old retract gear, piped engine pattern planes are very cramped in the radio/servo compartment.
All the fades in the first check were when the tuned pipe was directly between the transmitter and receiver.
I think this check should be acceptable. Any JR experts want to give an opinion?

RE: DO THESE JR R921 DATA LOGGER NUMBERS SEEM OK??????????
Those numbers are fine. The most important number is no holds. Try some flights with the data logger and compare the numbers. I have recorded up to 35 frame losses in flight and never seen a hold recorded.
