I really liked mine years ago.
It was really cool to hook it to my computer back then.
Anyway, not sure if you're aware of this link, or if the service is still available, but try it and let me know how you make out.

Dan should be able to help you. I believe he now has the rights to the micro code in the eprom.
I am still using my Ace MP8K single stick. In fact at this time it is at Radio South being upgraded to FM PPM from AM.
