Default Digital Servos

I know digital servos are touted as having great centering and holding power but are they as reliable for the long haul? I am looking for feedback from those who are or have been flying digitals. Would you buy them again?
I have a need for a single elevator servo for a ¼ scale Edge. I have Hitec’s HS-645MG at 133oz with my 6v pack but I get the feel from Hitec that with the single servo I should be using a HS-5945MG which is 153 oz on 6v. The standard 945 has the same power and is the same cost. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

For your 1/4 scale Edge, 133 oz in is definitely strong enough for elevator control. You'll have zero problem using the 645 that you already have.

BTW, I use JR 8411 digitals in my Extra and definitely willl buy more digitals.

I opted for the 5645 for the single elevator servo in my H9 Edge.
Haven't flown it yet (weather) but am incouraged.
Looking to buy more for another bird at this moment.

Good luck with yours.
