JR921 Receiver
I have a AW 50cc Extra 260 with four JR8611A, one JR8711, and one JR537(analog) servos connected to a JR921 receiver. Also a Smart-fly ignition cutoff. It is powered by a 4300 mah lipo with a 6volt/7.5amp regulator.
Do you think I need a power expander? I have two other 50cc planes with JR8411 servos and one Hitec 5955 that I have been flying for almost one year without any power problems.
Thanks,
George G. Royal

Opinion?
You need half that stuff-and no more other stuff.
a pair of A123 cells wired in directly that's it .
The least number of parts is the best method of reducing problems

RE: JR921 Receiver
Hey Dick,
I trust your opinion and I have read a lot of you posts and have seen a lot of very good advice you have given people who are just getting into gas planes. I have not tried the A123 batteries. I am a little confused about the voltage.
Some show 6.4, 6.6, and 7.5 volts. Should I get 2sp1 or 2sp2? What are the best brand names? I do have several chargers that work with A123 batteries.
Thanks,
George G. Royal
