I had a problem recently with my 9C that I bought just about two years ago now. The right side gimble cracked. So, I printed off the necessary repair info and sent the radio in to them to be repaired. I had marked on the repair order that the work was customer pay, not warranty since the radio was almost a year out of warranty. Not long after I get an email with a link that shows the work being done to the radio. I noticed there was no charge listed and it was marked "warranty". I received my radio back, looking brand new and never got charged a cent except to ship it to them, which was $10.48. I called them to make sure I wasn't missing a bill or anything and I was told, "nope, we fixed it for ya "

So, I was dreading sending in my radio and being without it for possibly a month or so, but instead I got it fixed for free and back in less than two weeks.

Futaba rocks, and I am very happy I made the switch to them when I went giant scale. I will continue to invest in their product!
